“We are two engineers with degrees in Life Sciences from EPFL. We met during our Master studies in Lausanne. Having both traveled in 2018, it was after our adventures that we found each other. The "kosmos" has brought us together and made us live great adventures. We are convinced that life is beautiful and that it is there to make us evolve. Life is a constant learning. As long as we follow its flow, whatever happens is right, beautiful and good to grasp. It is with this in mind that we founded together, in September 2020, Kosmos Drinks.

It is with great pleasure that we work together, in search of new flavors. We are grateful to be able to share this adventure together and to cross paths with many beautiful local actors, who act for nature and the environment at their level.

What is kefir? It is a fermented drink full of probiotics. In general, probiotics contribute to the maintenance of good health and can bring you many benefits!

 

We offer various kefirs according to the seasons, to take advantage of the best ingredients as locally as possible. Our traditional kefirs contain almost no sugar, most having been consumed in the fermentation process. These versions are made entirely cold and without pasteurization in order to retain all the health benefits associated with probiotics. Therefore, these are "living" drinks and it is advisable to keep them in the fridge. »

The story of The Smart Cake, like most good stories, is a love story. A love of good food, cooking and making people smile through the tasting experience.

We started by preparing our cakes at home, adding little sugar as well as healthy and natural ingredients, then baking them in the small oven in our kitchen.

And even today, everything is homemade, balanced and without artificial flavors or preservatives. Above all, we favor quality and flavor.

The Smart Truffles were born 2 years later and it was love at first bite. The development of this new product sparked our creativity and inspired us to develop our latest product, the Smart Granola.

My husband being a great sportsman, I took my first steps by making healthy food! What started as a hobby ended up being a small business that we managed to build in Caracas.

Mr. Christophe Suter and his wife Mrs. Lise-Catherine are passionate about growing delicious organic fruit just a stone's throw from us!

Their story :

A CFC in agriculture-wine growing, a master's degree in arboriculture and various specialized training courses in arbo-viti for Christophe. An HMP nursing diploma, various training courses in perinatal care and in helping relationships for Lise-Catherine. Since 1990, they have together welcomed and taken care of their four daughters and three children at heart, as well as the land of the Roveray estate. Sensitive to the environment, to the development of arboriculture that respects the cycles of the seasons, without chemical treatment or intensive production research, Christophe and Lise decided to follow the principles of organic arboriculture in 1997. Aware that each choice has an impact on the preservation of the earth and on the future of future generations, their 24ha estate is now fully labeled "Bourgeon" by Bio Suisse.
